What a beautiful sentiment, very succinctly stated. Any son would love to hear his mother say this. I know I would.

Oh, I love that!

I have a feeling you're going to be good at 6WS :)

Charleen -- thank you! It's what first popped into my head when I realized it was on the eve of mother's day :)

Ron, thank you so much...yours was very clever, btw. I think brevity will be a fun challenge for me.

laughinghousewife -- oh, thank you, I hope so. Enjoy your company!

Hi Kay ~~ What an excellent Six!!! I hope you like this Saturday morning meme. I have made several 'blogging friends' doing it. The early ones are mostly from across the pond and are very nice. Then the locals start coming in and you can blog all morning if you'd like working the Mr. Linky.

I did read down from here. Congratulations on coming back from all your treatments. That adage also holds for retirement. I had fishing on my B. List and Mrs. Jim promised to clean and cook every fish that I would catch. Well, ... I have caught exactly two fish in these twelve years so far.

If you are a Twain fan, you might like to see the 50¢ bargain that I found. Read it too if you find one either to buy (generally $19.95 and up) or from your library.
My blog about it:

My 2 children were and still are the best things that ever happened to me. And now that they are both parents themselves, so are the grandchildren.
Welcome to 6-word-Saturday

Jim -- so far I am loving it, thank you! Usually I'm home on Saturdays but we have a family outing so I'll be away from my computer soon. I might miss the US contigency till much later today, lol.

Your post on the Twain book was very interesting...don't you just love eBay? I've only read bits and pieces of Twain, other than Sawyer and Finn of course, and that was many years ago. But you've made me want to check out some more.

Thank you for your thoughts on the end of my treatment, and for reading more of my blog. I can't wait to poke around your blog further, you are a delightful writer.

Enjoy your day -- and your read :D

vivinfrance -- thanx for the welcome. I feel the same way about my kids :)
