As of last month, the distance between the Earth and the moon on 6/23 will be LESS than the mileage on my Ford Ranger pickup. I have driven my truck to the moon!!!

Here is Utah, it will look its biggest at 5:33 AM. Maybe I will be content to see it when it is slightly less than maximum.

Kate -- I think here it's actually similar...at 7am-ish, after it's already light out. So I think I too will be fine seeing it later in the evening, lol :)
